I create a wide range of sculptural works.
Small works sit well in gardens or indoor spaces. The larger works are ideal for commercial developments or public spaces.
I work with a variety of materials: stone, clay, glass, metals and others.
My large hand-made sculptural ceramic installations are unique. The works feature handmade ceramic tiles and sculptural forms. The works are installed on walls or are incorporated into sculptures and pathways.
I take great pride in creating highly engaging, interactive and memorable works for public spaces. And because it is for the public, my works are robust and safe.
Some of my larger public art works have featured in major outdoor art exhibitions and sculpture festivals like:
Kids love art and adults enjoy rediscovering and unleashing their creativity.
I facilitates hands-on workshops to create large school and community mosaic projects or ephemeral works on location in an environmentally focused workshop such as the Koala Trail project for Somerset College, Mudgeeraba, Qld.
I also facilitate private workshops to help families create a work of art for their own outdoor space.
I regularly work with experienced Landscapers and subcontractors to design or design and install complete landscape projects.
Some recent projects include a memorial garden with a feature sandstone sculpture for St Andrews Lutheran College at Tallebudgera, Qld and a major renovation of a private garden at Broadbeach Waters, Qld.
